technicians, and over the past 20 years, we have steadily strengthened our position in the competitive construction market through teamwork and the successful implementation of our planned goals. In addition to our contributions to the construction sector, we are proud to have made significant efforts in the realm of corporate social responsibility, providing numerous donations and assistance. We have invested substantially in healthcare for our citizens, establishing preventive health centers and dialysis centers for those suffering from kidney failure, which continue to operate to this day. Lux-House LLC was established in 2005 and continues to operate in various sectors, including internal and external trade, construction, real estate, and preventive medical examination and diagnostistics. Since its inception, the company has successfully completed five residential construction projects, always prioritizing quality, resident comfort, architecture, and innovative construction solutions. Lux-House has become a well-known brand in today’s market by offering well-thought-out space option combined with its signature ”Lux” quality. Among these projects, the “Lux House 1” building, located behind the Mungun Zawya store in the 1st Committee of Chingeltei District, was recognized as one of the Top 10 Best Buildings of 2006. Additionally, in 2009, the “Lux House 3” building, a 28-family serviced residential structure in the 6th district of Bayanzurkh District, was selected as one of Mongolia’s Top 12 Best Buildings of 2009 by the Union of Mongolian Architects and the Ministry of Interior and Architecture.
In 2014, Lux-House expanded into the healthcare sector by establishing Lux Med, a preventive examination and diagnostic hospital with team of 25 professional doctors and nurses. The hospital is equipped with modern medical devices, including a Siemens 1.5 Tesla MR1 machine, a PHILIPS 64 – slice CT scanner, a PHILIPS 3D/4D color digital ultrasound machine, and full digital X-ray equi[ment. Additionally, diagnostics are carried out using fully automated Sysmex Laboratory equipment from Japan.
To further support patients with kidney diseases, the company established the Lux Dialysis Center in Ulaanbaatar, which is fully equipped with state-of-the-art dialysis machines imported from the USA, ensuring high-quality care and treatment for renal patients.
